Sweater with a pattern inspired by Sámi bridal mittens. The sweater was designed for the TV series Heajastallan/Bryllupsfesten (NRK), and is worn by the character Ailo.

The sweater is knitted in Varde Pelsullgarn held together with Silk Mohair. This combination creates a soft and luxurious look, while making the garment airy, warm, lightweight and durable.

The sweater is knitted in the round from the top down, with ribbed edges in twisted knit. The sweater comes with two different neck options. One has a mock neck, while the other has a short neckband. Both versions feature long ribbed cuffs and deep side slits. This provides a comfortable fit, good freedom of movement and a flattering silhouette.

Designed by Hege Borge for the NRK series Heajastallan/Bryllupsfesten. Pattern developed in collaboration with Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk.

The sweater is designed to have a slightly oversized fit. Size M/L may fit sizes 36/38 through 42, depending on how loose or close-fitting you prefer the sweater to be. Check the measurements before deciding which size to knit.

The sweater shown in the picture is knitted in size M/L and has a bust circumference of approximately 124 cm. The model’s bust circumference is approximately 95 cm, giving her approximately 30 cm of positive ease. If you prefer a more close-fitting sweater, you can choose a size with less ease.

Yarn: The sweater is knitted in Varde Pelsullgarn (100 g = 200 m) held together with one strand of Silk Mohair (100 g = 212 m). The sweater is shown in two different colourways.​
