Registration for: Course "Your First Pair Of Socks" by Anke Grevers - Gelderse Mutsen

In four Thursday mornings (May 21, May 28, June 11, June 18) you will learn the basics to knit socks from top to toe, in 1 colour with the beautiful Fjære sockyarn, available at Trollenwol. Topics include casting on with a set of double pointed needles, knitting in the round, Dutch heel, casting off the toe and closing the toe with the Kitchener stitch.
Participation in this workshop is only possible if you know how to cast on, and how to knit knit-stitch and purl-stitch.
At home you continue to knit on your sock and maybe you will manage to knit the second one right away, that after three weeks you can wear your first pair of knitted socks! We'll arrange for coffee, tea and treats.
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.
Registration for the course: € 10,- this includes coffee/tea and treats.
Costs: € 80,- for 4 lessons, to be paid in cash at the start of the first lesson.
Reservation of sock yarn: € 15,- for the skein of Norwegian Fjære sock yarn.
Bring along - or purchase in the store: your own set of sock needles (DPNS), size 2.5 mm.

Cancellation policy workshops & courses:
- The reservation of the workshop/course is only final after payment in the webshop.
- You can cancel free of charge up to four weeks in advance and you will receive a full refund.
- Up to two weeks in advance, you will receive 50% of the amount back.
- From two weeks before the workshop/course date, the full costs will be charged.
- If you can nominate someone in time to replace you, then that is of course completely fine.
- Sometimes there is someone on the waiting list: please contact the person who provides the workshop or course in time.
- In the unlikely event that the workshop/course cannot take place, you will receive a full refund of the course amount.

- Are you on a diet or do you have an allergy? Please let us know so that we can take this into account.
- All workshops are intended for adults, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Is the course or workshop you want to participate in fully booked? Send an email to the relevant teacher to be placed on the reserve list, or to receive a message as soon as new dates are scheduled.
- In principle, all workshops are given in the Dutch language. Please contact the teacher in question if you do not yet have a sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language. Discuss with him/her whether participating is usefull and/or what the possibilities are. In most cases, occasional translation into English is not a problem for the teacher.
- Participating in a course/workshop at Trollenwol is always at your own risk. Trollenwol and/or the teachers are not and cannot be held liable for any injury or accidents.
