This cardigan is worked back and forth from the top down in stockinette stitch with wide ribbed edges to finish. The cardigan’s round yoke is patterned and knitted following a chart. Finally, stitches are picked up along each front edge to create the double-knit vertical button bands.
This pattern is unisex and shows how the sweater can be knitted with either a feminine or a masculine look. Note that the lengths and yarn requirements vary between the two styles, but the actual sizes are the same for both and should be chosen based on your bust circumference. Ease: The ease for this cardigan is about 30 cm depending on your own bust measurement. When choosing size, base your decision on your measured bust circumference, and let this determine which size you knit.
Full length, measured at center front: The length of the cardigan varies depending on the chosen style:
