Workshops & Courses
Cancellation policy for workshops & courses:
The reservation of the workshop/course is only final after payment in the webshop.
- You can unsubscribe up to four weeks in advance without additional costs and get the full amount refunded.
- Up to two weeks in advance you will get 50% of the amount refunded.
- From two weeks before the workshop/course starts, the full cost will be charged.
- If you can find a replacement yourself to take your seat, then that is of course completely fine. Sometimes someone is on the waiting list: please contact the person who provides the workshop or course in good time.
- In the unlikely event that the workshop/course cannot take place, you will be refunded the full course amount.
Also good to know:
- Are you on a diet or do you have an allergy? Then pass this on to us so that we can take it into account.
- All workshops are intended for adults only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- In principle, all workshops are given in Dutch language. Contact the teacher in question if you do not (yet) have sufficient command of the Dutch language, and discuss whether participating is useful and/or what the possibilities are. In most cases, occasional translation into English is not a problem for the teacher.
- Participating in a course/workshop at Trollenwol is always at your own risk. Trollenwol and/or the teachers cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents.
