Registration for: Course "Cables & Bobbles - Knitting Mittens" by Anke
In four meetings (Friday mornings: 20 Nov, 4 Dec 2026, 15 Jan, 12 Feb 2027) you will learn to knit cables and bobbles, with the beautiful Norwegian yarn from Hillesvåg Ullvare Fabrikk. You knit a pair of mittens from 1 skein of Luna lambswool, Vidde or Varde from Hillesvag Ullfabrikk.

You can choose a skein of your choice PRIOR to the course in our brick & mortar store, or you can order a skein in our webshop. Then choose "pick up at retailer" at checkout and type "cables & bobbles course" in the comments field.
We then will make sure that the skein is turned into a ball and ready for the first lesson.

Participation in this course is only possible if you already know hown to knit in the round with DPNS or circulars.
In between the lessonds you will continue knitting at home, and maybe you will manage to knit the second mitten right away, so that after four lessons you can wear your first pair of knitted mittens with cables!
Coffee, tea and cookies will be provided during this course.
Bring with you: DPNS and/or a circular needle with an 80 cm cable ánd a cable needle. These can also be purchased at Trollenwol in the first lesson.

Time: 10.00 am - 1.00 pm
Cost structure: Tuition fee: €100,- for 4 lessons.
Yarn costs: € 15 for 1 skein of Luna, Vidde or Varde, to be selected and purchased prior to the course. (see also text above)

When you're booking you've paid the total cost of €115. (this is exclusive the yarn)
Cancellation policy workshops & courses:
- The reservation of the workshop/course is only final after payment in the webshop.
- You can cancel free of charge up to four weeks in advance and you will receive a full refund.
- Up to two weeks in advance, you will receive 50% of the amount back.
- From two weeks before the workshop/course date, the full costs will be charged.
- If you can nominate someone in time to replace you, then that is of course completely fine.
- Sometimes there is someone on the waiting list: please contact the person who provides the workshop or course in time.
- In the unlikely event that the workshop/course cannot take place, you will receive a full refund of the course amount.

- Are you on a diet or do you have an allergy? Please let us know so that we can take this into account.
- All workshops are intended for adults, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Is the course or workshop you want to participate in fully booked? Send an email to the relevant teacher to be placed on the reserve list, or to receive a message as soon as new dates are scheduled.
- In principle, all workshops are given in the Dutch language. Please contact the teacher in question if you do not yet have a sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language. Discuss with him/her whether participating is usefull and/or what the possibilities are. In most cases, occasional translation into English is not a problem for the teacher.
- Participating in a course/workshop at Trollenwol is always at your own risk. Trollenwol and/or the teachers are not and cannot be held liable for any injury or accidents.
