Schaapjeswol
Schaapjeswol is an Dutch brand started as an initiativ to promote and use wool from sheep that are living in our own community. If we want to protect nature and biodiversity or want to support farmers to farm organic or in a more circular agriculture it's very important we are using the products of their efforts.
By buy their fleeces for a fair price, send the wool to the spinning mill in Denmark, Germany or Belgium and when it returns to our shop all colours are hand dyed by Atelier Sarah Jane in Doorn.
Taht will ensure the CO2 foormark is as small as possible and our beautiful landscape The Utrechtse Heuvelrug has a great bennefit from this way of farming and herding.
