Shipping to other EU countries temporarily stopped

From August 12, 2026 we have decided to no longer ship to other EU countries. The reason for this is the new EU regulations for the administration of packaging materials. We pack very sustainably, that is not the issue. But each EU country regulates in its own way how this should be tracked and reported. This makes the administration much more complex and above all more expensive, and it is no longer in proportion to the revenues: we have to invest money on this. In the coming period we must figure out which countries are still profitable for us. We hope to provide more clarity on this soon!

Summer update

Meanwhile, Trollenwol is back from vacation, and the first orders have already been shipped.

On our trip to Scandinavia, we visited some suppliers, and we've now added a new, beautiful Danish Mohair silk brand to our store assortment: Brushed Lace by Canard!

Knitting days (Breidagen)! 16 & 17 Oct. 2026

Trollenwol can be visited at their stand on the "breidagen" event in Nijkerk on October 16 and 17, 2026.
the store in Driebergen is then closed,
the webshop however is available for placing orders as usual.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible, on one of our shipping days: Wednessday, Thursday or Friday. Please add your phone number to the shipping details in case things require clarification. When all ordered items are available your order will be dispatched at the earliest convenience after we have received your payment.

Please note that you must cover the cost of return shipment.
